This is an action objecting to the candidacy of defendant, Barry Bolton, who qualified as a candidate for Councilman District A, City of Bogalusa. Plaintiff, Joseph Bailey, filed this suit to disqualify defendant as a candidate for the position of Councilman District A, in the City of Bogalusa, alleging Bolton has not lived for the preceding year in the City of Bogalusa.
