Nicole Bergstrom-Ek appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the District of Minnesota granting Best Oil, Co. d/b/a The Little Stores ("Little Stores") summary judgment on several state law claims and judgment as a matter of law on Ek's claims of sex discrimination based on pregnancy and reprisal. We affirm the District Court's ruling on the summary judgment motion, but reverse the grant of judgment as a matter of law...
