Pending before the Court are Defendant, I.T.T. Intermedia, Inc., Supplementary Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 23) and Plaintiff's opposition thereto (Docket No. 24).

The issue is whether Plaintiff's ADEA and Act 100 claims arising from Plaintiff's termination on July 1991 are time barred. Defendant contends that the applicable statute of limitations is the two year statute of limitations...
