I. FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS

Linda R. Lowe and Tommy R. Lowe were married in 1965. They filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage in the superior court in July 1984. They had two minor children at the time. The petition made no mention of a marital residence in Abilene, Texas, or of military retirement benefits which Tommy possessed. Linda signed a quitclaim...
