Enriqueta Diaz Carpenter, formerly County Judge of Maverick County, was convicted by a jury of two counts of tampering with government documents after she hid records left by a county prosecutor in the courtroom. In eleven points of error, she challenges the indictment, the selection of the jury, the jury charge and the trial court's decision to overrule a defense motion to suppress physical evidence and to limit cross-examination of a prosecution...
