OPINION

WRIGHT, Justice.

Scott Wesley Hudson appeals from a judgment ordering him to pay child support, damages for fraud, and attorney's fees. In three points of error, appellant contends: (1) the trial court committed fundamental error by allowing the jury to question witnesses; and (2) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's finding that his net resources were $62,682 annually...
