The defendant, Moulton Construction, Inc., appeals the Superior Court's (Lynn, J.) denial of its motion to strike a default and permit a late entry of appearance, and the Court's (Morrill, J.) subsequent damages assessment. We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand.
