In A97A0665, plaintiff Shirley Screven appeals the court's grant of summary judgment to defendant Lucas and his professional corporation, Drs. Gruskin & Lucas, P.C. ("Doctors"), as to all of her medical malpractice claims. In Case No. A97A0666, Doctors and Lucas appeal the court's amended order which denied summary judgment to them on one of Screven's claims.
