The court has before it plaintiff's motion to renew judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 69(a) and Utah Code Ann. § 78-12-22. By her motion, plaintiff seeks to renew the judgment she obtained against defendant Michael Heath Johnson on August 6, 1990 in the principal amount of $6,243,738.00 plus applicable interest.
