Greenwood Trust Company and Discover Card Services, Inc. (collectively, "Greenwood") appeal from the decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Iowa1 which held that Greenwood's practice of sending debtors an informational copy of a proposal to reaffirm violated Iowa's Consumer Credit Code § 537.7103(5)(e). We affirm the decision of the bankruptcy court.
