In this product liability action, the Superior Court vacated the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and granted a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (j.n.o.v) in favor of Appellees, Berwind Corporation and Bepex Corporation.1 We affirm the judgment of the Superior Court and conclude that as a matter of law, Appellant failed to state a cause of action in...
