Sjonna Wesley appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. We affirm.

On December 5, 1994, appellant Wesley was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of eight to twenty-three months for aggravated assault, and three years probation for possession of an instrument of crime and criminal conspiracy.
