Chiquata Redding, Aquarious Redding and Bobby Williams filed this personal injury suit against Pauline Walker. Walker owned the car which co-defendant Dennis Watson, while driving at speeds in excess of 100 mph, crashed into plaintiffs' vehicle. A few months after the suits were filed, Walker was released from all dischargeable debts by order of the bankruptcy court. On August 22, 1995, the trial court dismissed plaintiffs' complaints against Walker...
