Plaintiff John Hapgood appeals from the order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of defendant City of Warren on plaintiff's Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-213, claim. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.
