Hadaway brought this trespass and nuisance action against defendants Arvida/JMB Partners, L.P.-II and Arvida/JMB Managers-II, Inc. to recover for damages caused by increased siltation of Upper Allatoona Creek which flows over the boundary of their property. Defendants appeal following a jury verdict and entry of judgment in favor of plaintiffs. Held:
