Devon Brown and Richard Jameswhite were tried together for the murder of Anthony Maclin.1 The evidence viewed in favor of the verdicts showed that Brown and Jameswhite were involved in a minor car collision with Maclin and his fiancee in the parking lot of a restaurant.
