RUFFIN, Judge.
Linda J. Fussell sued Jimbo's Log Kitchen, Inc. ("Jimbo's") for personal injuries sustained when she slipped and fell on Jimbo's property. The trial court granted summary judgment to Jimbo's, and Fussell appeals. For reasons which follow, we reverse.
