White (husband) appeals from an order entered on November 27, 1995 by the Circuit Court of Montgomery County (trial court) that held him in contempt for failing to comply with the provisions of a July 15, 1991 divorce decree. Husband contends that the trial court erred (1) in construing the terms of a "property settlement agreement" it had incorporated into the divorce decree and (2) in finding him guilty of contempt for failing to comply...
