Moore appeals from a decision of the common pleas court granting summary judgment in favor of Angelo Gabriel Schiano on her claims for sexual assault and battery, breach of fiduciary duty (in loco parentis), and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, arising out of incidents which are alleged to have occurred between 1972 and 1980.
