This is a dispute between the trustee in bankruptcy for 4-R Management, Inc. and the First Bank of Eva over the entitlement to a coin collection. The trustee filed a motion against the bank for the turnover of the coins and the bank has countered with a motion to lift stay so that it can foreclose its lien on same.
