Mohammed Sultan ("Sultan") appeals his conviction on counterfeit trafficking charges under the Trademark Counterfeiting Act of 1984, codified at 18 U.S.C. § 2320 ("§ 2320"). His main argument is that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction. In addition, he asserts that the district court erred in computing his sentence, failing to suppress statements he made while in "constructive" custody, and failing to exclude expert...
