INA Walzlager Schaeffler KG and INA Bearing Company, Inc. (collectively INA) appeal from a decision of the Court of International Trade upholding a Commerce Department ruling in an antidumping case. In the challenged ruling, Commerce determined that certain INA roller bearings are within the scope of an antidumping duty order concerning cylindrical roller bearings imported from Germany.
