Opinion

LANDAU, J.

The petitioner appeals from the judgment of the habeas court dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the habeas court improperly (1) denied his motion for articulation and (2) dismissed his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
