In this lawsuit, plaintiff Robert Sumner claims that Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Company failed to accommodate his disability at its plant in Opelika, Alabama, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 12101 through 12117, 12201 through 12213, popularly known as the ADA.
