Orth (claimant) seeks review of the order entered by the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) upholding an order of a Prehearing Administrative Law Judge (PALJ) which approved her settlement agreement with her employer, Southland Corporation, and its insurer, Kemper National Insurance Companies.
