The plaintiff, Peggy J. Westfall, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying her motion for contempt and modifying, sua sponte, the original judgment of dissolution. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly (1) denied her motion for contempt and (2) modified the order requiring the defendant, Robert M. Westfall, to maintain a $100,000 insurance policy...
