Clarence Herron (Herron) appeals from the judgment entered by the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, on its order granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Columbus Hospital (Hospital). We affirm.

The issue on appeal is whether the District Court erred in granting the Hospital's motion for summary judgment.
