I. INTRODUCTION

On remand from this court, the Baumans filed a motion to amend their complaint and requested a jury trial. The superior court denied the motion and the request. The Baumans again appeal. We conclude that the superior court abused its discretion in denying the Baumans' motion to amend their complaint; therefore, we reverse the judgment of the superior court.
