In this appeal conducted pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), we affirm appellant's convictions and sentences. However, we strike sua sponte the trial court's imposition of fines totalling $45,000 for three capital sexual battery convictions. We conclude that there is no statutory authority for these fines.
