This action involves a variety of claims all based on the defendants' failure to re-hire plaintiff Joan Kastel after her retirement in 1995. At this point in the litigation, four of the plaintiff's claims remain. Count I is an age discrimination claim brought under the ADEA, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
