Schneider Homes, Inc., appeals from a dismissal on summary judgment of its claims against the City of Kent. We conclude Schneider Homes vested the right to have its Planned Unit Development application considered under ordinances existing at the time it submitted an application to subdivide based on the PUD proposal. We reverse the trial court and grant summary judgment in favor of Schneider Homes.
