Defendant appeals from his convictions for delivery and possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon. Defendant assigns error to the denial of his motion to suppress evidence of the warrantless search of his vehicle and of a later search of his home conducted pursuant to a search warrant.
