FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Based on her truancy from school, B.L. was adjudicated a delinquent on December 28, 1995. The trial court ordered her to serve one year of strict formal probation, and specifically ordered her to attend school. On February 29, 1996, the State filed a Petition for Modification of Dispositional Decree which alleged that B.L. had violated the conditions of her probation by her expulsion from school...
