This is a contrived appeal from the trial court's denial of the motion of Farmers Insurance Company of Arizona ("Farmers") for summary judgment, fashioned when the parties stipulated and the court agreed to enter a final judgment in favor of Farmers for the purpose of creating an appealable order.
