TILLEY, District Judge.

This matter was tried to a jury beginning on December 9, 1996. The jury returned verdicts in favor of Plaintiff and found Defendants liable for fraud, trespass, and a breach of the duty of loyalty. The jury found that Plaintiff suffered $1,402.00 in compensatory damages on those claims and awarded a total of $5,545,750.00 in punitive damages for the fraud claim.
