("M&F") doing business as Key Food and Mohammed Rahman, bring this action challenging the constitutionality of O.R.C. §§ 4301.32, 4301.36, 4301.37, 4301.39, 4301.391, 4303.272, and 4305.14 (collectively the "local option election laws").
