This matter is before the Court on defendants' motion to dismiss all the plaintiff's counts against defendant Kathryn M. Peterson, and Count II, III, and IV with respect to defendant, The Leather Shop, Inc., and award the defendant its costs and attorney's fees. For the reasons set forth below, defendants' motion to dismiss with respect to Kathryn N. Peterson and The Leather Shop, Inc., are granted.
