Plaintiffs have filed their Suggestions in Opposition to which Defendants have filed a Reply. In consideration of these filings and for the reasons discussed below, the Court grants Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Count IX and denies Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Count X.<...
