Wendy Revey, relator, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus in which she asks this Court to order the trial judge to withdraw an order of habeas corpus that directs her to turn over her child, Rowdy Austin Revey, to his father, Jack Revey. She also asks this Court to order the trial judge to immediately transfer the case from the 102nd District Court to San Augustine County, Texas. We...
