Everett Foreman and Durell Childress were charged with the murder of Little Rock Police Officer Henry Callanen. They were tried separately. Mr. Childress was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. We affirmed the judgment on appeal. Childress v. State, 322 Ark. 127, 907 S.W.2d 718 (1995).
