This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff has responded to this motion.

Plaintiff filed this suit on March 4, 1996, asserting violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the Missouri Human Rights Act ("MHRA"), Mo. Rev.Stat. §§ 213.010 et seq.,
