Appellee Tandy Corporation sued appellant Leonard Fish and Technology Stores for a declaratory judgment regarding the parties' rights and duties under a letter agreement (letter agreement) and a distributorship agreement involving distributorship rights in the area of St. Petersburg, Russia (distributorship agreement).
