OPINION and ORDER

BUTLER, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs' motion to remand this action to state court (Doc. 34) to which defendant Woodmen of the World Insurance Society and all but one of the named individual defendants1 have filed separate responses (Docs. 43 & 5 1). After due consideration of all issues raised, the Court finds that the motion to remand is due to be granted.
