Husband filed a motion asking the trial court to set aside the judgment dissolving the parties' 35 year marriage. ORCP 71 B. Alternatively, he asked the court to terminate or reduce his spousal support obligation and to enter an order establishing conditions of visitation with his adult disabled son.
