Plaintiff, Stephanie Miller ("Stephanie"), is an eleven-year-old girl attending the sixth grade at a Jefferson City public school. Her mother, Jeanne Hunt ("Mrs. Hunt"), is also a Plaintiff and is before the Court as her daughter's next friend. This suit was filed after Stephanie was informed that the St. Peter School in Jefferson City ("St. Peter") would no longer be able to provide her with educational services...
