This is an appeal by the conservator ("J.K.S.") of the estate of an adult incapacitated person ("P.K.L.")1 challenging the probate court's jurisdiction to enter rulings it made in conjunction with its review of the third annual account filed for the conservatorship by J.K.S., the conservator.
