This is a breach of contract case. Quinney Electric, Inc. (Quinney) sued Kondos Entertainment, Inc. (Kondos), V-Ball, Inc. (V-Ball), and Jay Snyder (Snyder) for non-payment of fees associated with electrical services Quinney performed under a contract with the defendants in connection with the construction of a nightclub.
