This case arises out of an injury sustained by a Croatian seaman when he was offloading cargo from the vessel to which he was assigned. Now before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss on the Grounds of Forum Non Conveniens, or In the Alternative, Motion to Enforce Venue Selection and Choice of Law Clauses of the Seaman's Employment Contract and to Apply Croatian Law of April 7, 1997.
