This is an appeal from a marriage dissolution. Richard raises two points on appeal. First, he contends the trial court erred in awarding a higher percentage of the marital estate to Bernice, as opposed to dividing the estate substantially equally, because there was no substantial evidence to credit Richard with a $75,000 asset he did not own, and it was a misapplication of the law not to follow the dictates of § 452.330, RSMo.
