Choate (Plaintiff) appeals from a judgment in an action for personal injuries she suffered in an automobile collision between a 1983 Chevrolet C-10 Van, in which she was a passenger, and a 1994 Chevrolet automobile being operated by Tonya Welker (Defendant Welker). The van was being driven by Robin Dale Natvig (Defendant Natvig). Judgment was entered following a jury trial and in its verdict, the jury found Plaintiff's total damages to be $860...
